Krakow awarded, overtaking Madrid, Vienna and Edinburgh
A visit to Krakow is an excellent holiday idea! This time readers of the American magazine Travel + Leisure are in agreement on this point. The capital of the Małopolska region reached 9th place in the ranking of cities worth visiting in Europe.
We overtook cities such as Madrid, Vienna and Edinburgh.

Each year, the magazine asks its readers to participate in the World’s Best Awards T+L survey and to share their ideas about most interesting holiday destinations. The evaluation is based on the general experience of one’s stay in a specific place, considering the sights/landmarks, food, culture and friendliness, among other aspects.
Krakow made it to 9th place on the list of most beautiful cities in Europe. The winner was Florence, which has topped the ranking for three years running.
In the Travel + Leisure ranking, as determined by readers, Krakow overtook cities such as Madrid, Vienna, Edinburgh and Salzburg.
