Young Polish Congress Ambassador Programme 2026

The Conference and Congresses in Poland Association (SKKP), in close cooperation with local Congress Ambassador Clubs operating in Warsaw and the Mazovia Region, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, the Silesian and Świętokrzyskie Regions, and Łódź, invites representatives of academia, culture, sport, business and other professional communities to participate in the pilot edition of the Young Polish Congress Ambassador Programme.

The programme forms part of the nationwide Polish Congress Ambassadors Programme (AKP), an initiative designed to identify and support individuals actively engaged in attracting international congresses, conferences and business events to Poland. The programme is implemented in partnership with the Polish Tourism Organisation – Poland Convention Bureau.

Regulations of the Young Polish Congress Ambassador Programme

Programme Objectives:

The primary objective of the pilot programme is to identify and engage at least ten promising individuals associated with professional associations or organisations who have the potential to attract international events to Poland and contribute to strengthening the country's reputation as a competitive destination for congresses and business events.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants should, in particular:

Nominations may be submitted either by local Congress Ambassador Clubs or by individual candidates who have obtained a recommendation from a Congress Ambassador Club or from the organisers of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Programme.

Applications can be submitted via the official online application form.

Benefits for Awardees:

Successful candidates will be officially invited to the Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala, to be held in Lublin on 17 September 2026.
