International conference Geotechnology and Energy AGH 2025

The conference will provide an opportunity to present the scientific achievements of the steam and energy sector, as well as to discuss the directions of its development. The event is also intended to create a platform for establishing and strengthening contacts and exchanging experiences between representatives of the scientific and industrial communities in the area of the conference's broad subject matter. The aim of the conference will be a substantive debate with the participation of scientists, experts, representatives of public administration, energy and fuel companies and the IT sector on selected aspects of the energy transition and the popularization of knowledge on the latest solutions for digitalization and decarbonization of energy companies and the fuel sector.

The exchange of opinions will help popularize innovative technologies in solving important environmental problems affecting the climate. One of the main topics will be large-scale energy storage and waste storage, monitoring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the mining and energy industries. The conference will provide an opportunity to discuss the development and implementation of solutions to support the energy transition in the decarbonization of energy companies and the fuel sector. The broader issues of energy transition have a key connection with environmental protection efforts(primarily climate). During the conference, topics related to closed-loop economy and RES - Renewable Energy Sources will be discussed.
