Krakow hotels awarded Michelin Keys 2025!
For the first time, Krakow hotels have been awarded Michelin Keys 2025 – an international distinction recognizing exceptional establishments in terms of design, service, and location. A total of twelve hotels from Poland were recognized, including Krakow's Hotel Copernicus, H15 Luxury Palace, and Stradom House.
In 2023, the MICHELIN Guide created a global hotel classification system—Michelin Keys—aimed at identifying establishments offering outstanding standards. This distinction is analogous to the Michelin stars awarded to unique restaurants. Aspects such as quality of service, consistency of concept, authenticity of experience, character of the place, and value for money are evaluated.
Until now, Polish hotels have been on the list of recommended establishments – this was a stage of nomination for future awards. In 2024, the first keys were awarded, and this year, Polish establishments received them for the first time.
The awards are given in three categories:
- One Michelin Key – a special stay
- Two Michelin Keys – an exceptional stay
- Three Michelin Keys – an extraordinary stay
- The Polish hotels that have been recognized are:
Two Michelin Keys:
- Hotel Copernicus (Krakow)
- Raffles Europejski Warsaw
- EN Hotel Zakopane
- Relais & Châteaux Hotel Quadrille – Adults Only (Gdynia)
- Jaskółka Dom i SPA (Szklarska Poręba)
One Michelin Key was awarded to:
- H15 Luxury Palace (Krakow)
- Stradom House (Krakow)
- Pałac Ciekocinko Hotel Resort & Wellness
- Zamek Łeba
- Hotel Bristol, A Luxury Collection Hotel (Warsaw)
- Hotel Altus Palace (Wrocław)
- Bachleda Residence Zakopane
The Michelin Keys 2025 awards ceremony took place at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris. A total of 2,457 awards were presented. France, Italy, and Germany top the ranking of countries with the highest number of award-winning establishments.
