The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program starts on December 1 in Kraków

2:30 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. Meeting commencement and opening by the hosts – the Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland, Krakow Convention Bureau, Krakow City Hall

4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Speeches by invited guests and closing of the meeting

Mr. Marek Cichewicz, Ambassador of Polish Congresses, has confirmed his participation in the event as a speaker. He will talk about the success story of bringing an international event to Kraków - the FIAT-IFTA 2024 Convention - what the process of acquiring it looked like and how long it took, what stages it involved, what aspects needed to be taken into account when acquiring the congress, what was the biggest obstacle, etc.

In addition, Katarzyna Janik-Domagała from the Kraków Convention Bureau will present the local support program for potential Congress Ambassadors in Kraków.

Aneta Książek, Head of the Poland Convention Bureau, will discuss the latest Support Programs, including the Promotional Support Program for Meetings and Events (PPWdSW) and the National Support Program.

Meanwhile, Dr. Krzysztof Borodako, professor at the Kraków University of Economics, will present the idea behind the Kraków Science & Business Bridge project, which is being implemented by the Kraków Network 2.0 Academic Group, creating broad opportunities for cooperation at the intersection of science and business.
