Krakow Convention Bureau at EIBTM 2011

Tuesday the 29th of November, the EIBTM trade fair in Barcelona will start. The trade fair is seen as one of the most important events in the industry, and representatives of the ICE Krakow Congress Centre will also be there. You can find us at the Krakow Convention Bureau stand (J 850) within the Polish National Stand. The fair will last until the 1st of December.

Representative of Krakow  Convetion Bureauis travelling to Barcelona to meet with companies and institutions interested in the business tourism offer of Krakow and the Małopolska Region.

The Barcelona EIBTM is one of the largest trade fairs in Europe revolving around business tourism, providing an opportunity for trade talks to be held between people interested in commissioning potential congresses or incentive events (i.e. Hosted Buyers), such as representatives of associations, organisations and corporations and event organisers. The fair is meant for the MICE sector only, i.e. for carriers, hoteliers, conference centre employees, professional conference and congress organisers, as well as national tourism boards and incentive events organisers. All exhibitors on national stands will be holding business talks on the basis of individual client meeting schedules. The fair is accompanied by numerous seminars, workshops and educational conferences on the congress industry, in cooperation with the largest international conference associations, including the MPI, ICCA, SITE, ESAE, IAPCO and EFAPCO, as well as ECM and AIPC.
