Krakow Airport is the largest regional airport in Poland, which in 2012 handled over 3 million passengers. The strategic location of the airport in close proximity to regional roads and the A4 motorway, and a fast rail connection to the city centre and the railway station (journey time approx 17 min.), are undoubted advantages of Krakow Airport.

In the winter season 2013/2014 (schedule is valid until the end of March 2014), passengers can enjoy a 48 scheduled routes. What is new is the fly to Basel in Switzerland three times a week operated by easyJet.

Bearing in mind the needs of passengers, Krakow Airport is not only expanding the route network, but also additional services such as VIP&Business Services.

In 2015, the modernised Krakow Airport complex will open, comprising a new terminal for handling 8 million passengers, a railway station, a multi-storey car park with direct access to the terminal, and a hotel.
