The My Kraków Tourist Card responds to the growing needs of visitors to Kraków who value independence, convenience, and time efficiency. The card provides:

  • Free admission to many of Kraków’s key tourist attractions
  • Unlimited use of public transportation within Zones I, II, and III
  • A wide range of discounts at partner museums, restaurants, service providers, and entertainment venues
  • The card is available in both physical and digital (mobile app) formats.

Your Trip, Your Rules

One of the card’s greatest advantages is its flexibility. Visitors can choose from three validity options:

  • 24 hours
  • 48 hours
  • 72 hours

The card can be purchased both online and at physical sales points. Activation takes place at a time selected by the visitor, allowing complete flexibility when planning a sightseeing itinerary.

Integration and Quality Under the KTA Brand

The card is operated by the Kraków Tourism Alliance (Association of the Tourism Organization of the Royal Capital City of Kraków), established by the City of Kraków. The organization also manages Kraków’s official tourist information offices.

The My Kraków Tourist Card forms part of a broader strategy aimed at creating a cohesive and visitor-friendly tourism ecosystem in the city. Through these initiatives, KTA seeks to make exploring Kraków easier, more enjoyable, and full of memorable experiences.

Statement from Grzegorz Soszyński, President of Kraków Tourism Alliance

“The launch of the My Kraków Tourist Card is much more than the implementation of a modern tool for tourists and visitors. It is tangible proof of the creative power generated by the united Kraków tourism community.

While developing this project, we did not ask what each of us could gain individually. Instead, we asked what we could collectively offer our city and those who visit it.

Side by side, as an association, together with Kraków entrepreneurs, cultural institutions, and restaurateurs, we have built a bridge based on mutual trust and synergy. This card is not only a key to Kraków’s heritage; it is a living testament to our shared hospitality.

Today, we show the world that the most beautiful story about Kraków can be written together, with one strong and united voice.”
