As of April 1, the Krakow City Development Agency (ARMK) took over the operation of the ICE Krakow Congress Center. Until now, the operator's function was performed by KRAKÓW5020, which has been in liquidation since January 2.

On May 8-10, the ICE Convention Center will host the 10th edition of the McMaster International Review Conference of Internal Medicine (MIRCIM) - a prestigious scientific conference that brings together doctors from around the world every year. The anniversary edition of the event promises to be special, with the participation of legends of world medicine, AI innovations and an international young talent competition.

The city's consistent and determined fight against smog is bringing satisfactory results for residents. The capital of Malopolska is still the leader of change, and a measurable result is the negligible number of notifications received by the municipal police on duty. If they do appear, they mainly concern properties located in neighboring municipalities.

On April 10–11, 2025, the 4th edition of the international conference “Historical Cities 3.0” took place at the International Cultural Centre in Kraków. This event has, for years, brought together representatives from cities with rich cultural heritage, scholars, experts, and practitioners in the fields of tourism and urban space management. This year’s edition, held under the theme “Tourism in Sustainable City Transformation: Striking the Viable Balance,” focused on key challenges faced by modern cities – from climate and technological changes to social and geopolitical transformations.
 

The Living Bagel Museum was the first of its kind in Krakow to be certified by Good Travelseal. Until now there has been no museum or tourist attraction in Krakow with the certificate. We sincerely congratulate you - this is an important and pioneering achievement. What motivated you to embark on the process itself?

On 9 April 2025, Kraków hosted representatives from seven European cities who gathered to discuss experiences and challenges related to managing night-time urban life.

On May 13 and 14, Krakow will become the venue for an important event of international stature dedicated to the decarbonization of heating and cooling in European cities - the Decarb Cities 2025 conference. It is addressed primarily to representatives of local governments, but also to representatives of institutions or companies that already now or in the coming years will face challenges in this area.

The Central Statistical Office, in cooperation with the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, has launched a modern analytical portal called Tourism+.

Tourism+ is an innovative interactive tool for tracking changes and comparing data to support tourism development at local, regional and national levels. It combines data from official statistical surveys and booking portals, providing comprehensive insight into the tourism market.

Krakow, Poland's tourist showcase, has been attracting visitors from all over the world for years. In providing tourists with the necessary information and support during their stay in the city, a key role should be played by an efficient, integrated tourist information system, of which tourist information points are a part. In the interest of the sustainable development of Krakow's tourism, and taking into account the needs of all recipients of the city's offer, the activities of tourist information points will be managed by the Association of the Tourist Organization of the Capital Royal City of Krakow (Krakow Tourism Alliance) from April 1.

Kraków encourages representatives of the catering industry - restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs and clubs - to work together to build a positive image of the city and improve the quality of life of its residents.
