The Meetings Industry in Krakow 2023 report is now available – it was a year of intense recovery for Krakow's meetings industry.

The latest data provided directly by venues and businesses in Krakow shows that 4,368 business meetings were held in 2023, an increase by 66.15% compared to the previous year, and more than double the number from 2021. This significant increase occurred primarily in the category of domestic meetings, with the number of international events increasing by 13% compared to 2022.

The Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City hotel, a part of Accor Group, has joined a small group of hotels in Poland with Green Key certification. Green Key is an international certification programme for tourist facilities that meet international criteria for environmental responsibility, fostering environmental awareness among consumers and employees, and cooperation with the local community. It is a promise given by hotels to their guests that a particular facility will take steps to protect the environment.

Mayor of Kraków signed the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact

Joining the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact (MUFPP) will enable, among, others future development of Kraków food policy based on the rules of green procurement and delivery executed by municipal institutions. 2023 Report on the state of the Municipality of Krakow
