MPI Poland Chapter board of directors for 2023–2025 was elected
During the July Summer Business Meeting in Katowice, members of the MPI Poland Chapter worked on strategy and the development of educational and business offerings aimed at the MICE industry. A new board of directors for the organisation was also elected on this occasion.
The new Board of Directors of the MPI Poland Chapter was elected for the 2023–2025 term of office. The Board will be headed by President Barbara Świderska (Dream Events), who formerly held the post of Vice-President for Education. The Board will also include Monika Dymacz, Karolina Bednarz, Alexandra Kunowska, Eliza Kozica, Karolina Niementowska and Paulina Bochra.
MPI Poland Chapter is the Polish branch of the world's largest meetings and events industry association. It has been operating continuously since 2008 while building up a strong team currently comprising 50 people, who are actively involved in the Polish meetings industry. Each year, members of the association successfully organise regular training courses, workshops and industry meetings, engage in non-profit initiatives and organise events related to the MICE industry.
The global division of the MPI – Meeting Professional International – has been providing innovative educational and networking opportunities since 1972, playing a significant role in promoting and developing the MICE industry among event professionals from all over the world. The MPI Association currently brings together 60,000 meeting and event professionals in 75 countries.
According to representatives of the MPI Poland Chapter, the coming year is shaping up to be a very intense one for the association due to continued educational projects and new format proposals to be announced soon.
