Krakow houses three venues that are of strategic importance for the promotion of the city, as well as the development of tourism and culture: TAURON Arena Krakow, ICE Krakow Congress Centre and EXPO Krakow.

They enrich the offer of Krakow addressed to organisers of large business, cultural and sports events, and one of the objectives of each of these venues is to further strengthen the position of Krakow as a host of prestigious congresses, cultural and sports events, and fairs, and also continue to improve the competitiveness of the city in the international arena.

On 15 April 2024, in their tenth year of operation, a Declaration of Intent to cooperate was signed between the city's three key venues. TAURON Arena Krakow, ICE Krakow Congress Centre and the International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow declare their intention to cooperate to create a complimentary offer for organisers of business, cultural and sports events, and exhibitions, taking into account the different functions and sizes of each venue. The complementarity of services provided by the venues and their different functions are a testament to the potential and attractiveness of the City of Krakow’s offer for the meeting industry. As part of the cooperation, measures will be taken to continue efforts for events to be organised in Krakow, in particular through mutual recommendation should one of the facilities lack the infrastructure required to hold a certain event.

The Declaration was officially signed by Małgorzata Marcińska – President of the Management Board, and Jacek Gryzło – Vice President of the Management Board of Arena Kraków S.A. (the company managing TAURON Arena Krakow), and also Izabela Błaszczyk – President of the Management Board, and Paula Fanderowska – Vice President of the Management Board of Kraków5020 Sp. z o.o. (operator of ICE Kraków Congress Centre), as well as Ewa Woch – Vice President of Targi w Krakowie Sp. z o.o. (owner of the International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Krakow ).

The signing of the Declaration of Intention to Cooperate was part of the tenth-anniversary celebrations of the opening of all three venues, which began their operation in 2014 in Krakow.
