ELMC is the biggest annual event dedicated to the posting of workers within the freedom to provide services in the EU. The Polish Tourism Organisation and MICHELIN Guide have signed an agreement to include Polish cities in the world-renowned Michelin Guide. The promotion will initially focus on Warsaw, Krakow, Poznań, and surrounding areas.

On Thursday, 15 December, the first Kraków Medical Tourism Seminar was held as a continuation of the Kraków Medical Tourism Congresses. The meeting addressed issues related to sports medicine and rehabilitation. The choice of topics responded to the increased interest in this interdisciplinary field in Kraków's medical offer.

On 24 November 2022, a group of foreign representatives of travel agents specialising in incentive tourism and tailor-made luxury travel visited Kraków.
